Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences? We
are looking for a Banquet Event Coordinator to join our prestigious team at St.
Regis, where classic sophistication meets modern elegance.
Your Key
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist group coordinators/hosts before events, ensuring all
arrangements meet expectations.
Review and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to determine setups,
timelines, and special requests.
Coordinate buffets, action stations, and event logistics with precision.
Follow up on guest requirements to guarantee satisfaction throughout the
event.
Safety &
Standards:
Comply with all safety, security, and company policies.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality.
Protect company assets and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.
Communication
& Teamwork:
Speak clearly and professionally with guests and team members.
Answer phones with proper etiquette and maintain positive working
relationships.
Uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring every guest feels
welcomed and appreciated.
Physical
Requirements:
Stand, walk, and move throughout shifts, sometimes over uneven surfaces
or up stairs.
Lift or carry items up to 25 pounds.
Perform physical movements including bending, twisting, reaching, and
stooping.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
Supervision: No prior supervisory experience required.
