Step into
the world of global brand partnerships with one of the world’s leading
insurance companies! AXA is looking for a motivated and creative Sponsorship
Assistant (Intern/Apprentice) to join the Brand & Sponsorship Team for a
12-month opportunity starting October 2025.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
Assist
in managing and updating AXA’s global sponsorship program toolkit.
Support
operational logistics for major events and hospitality programs.
Collaborate
with AXA entities and partners like Liverpool FC to streamline approval
processes.
Participate
in creative review and enhancement of sponsorship assets.
Help
with planning, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate
internal meetings and communications across departments.
🧠 What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual
in French and English (both written and spoken).
Strong
organizational and project management skills.
Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); bonus if you know Photoshop.
A
creative, detail-oriented team player who thrives in international and
fast-paced environments.
Passionate
about sports and familiar with project coordination.
