Are you passionate about international business, event planning, and the
world of wine? We’re looking for our next Event & Export Projects Assistant
Intern to join our dynamic team at the Agri-food & Wine Markets Department!
You’ll play a key role in organizing and supporting international events
such as business conventions, trade fairs, and prospecting missions — all in
close collaboration with project managers.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with company outreach and onboarding for Occitanie businesses
(presentation brochures, emailing, phoning).
Support event registration processes and collect communication
materials.
Help design marketing and informational content for participating
companies.
Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks with service providers.
Compile data, create reports, and update project dashboards.
Support back-office tasks and manage CRM records.
💼 What We’re Looking For:
Master’s level student (M1 or M2) in Event Management and/or
International Trade.
Solid command of professional English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with event planning and/or international business practices.
Genuine interest in the wine industry and export markets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills, team spirit, proactive mindset, and
excellent writing abilities.
